Business Game Changers Radio with Sarah Westall: Corporate Espionage is on the Rise; Has the NSA created a Spy Economy?
08/10/2015 12:00 pm PDT
NSA and many other government agencies have created an army of trained spies with high-level skills that they are eager to sell after leaving the government agencies that have trained them. Many of these ex-spies are eager to earn a better living by selling their services and blurring the line between legal and illegal activities. On top of this, increasing worldwide competition and shady business practices are motivating corporate executives to play the game. This week Brian O’Shea, CEO of Striker Pierce, which specializes in intelligence collection and investigations for private clients, joins us to share with us how this industry is growing and changing business.
Brian O’Shea has over 20 years of experience in the investigative, intelligence and counter intelligence field. He has worked across multiple intelligence disciplines for various U.S. intelligence agencies and U.S. Special Operations Intelligence. He has helped many CEO’s, members of Middle Eastern royal families, and foreign governments around the world managing an array of protection and intelligence operations.
