Brooke Rozmenoski
Brooke is a Functional Nutritionist specializing in Women's health. She is a Mom of two and has been in the health & fitness industry for 14 years. After becoming a Mom, and through personal experiences with stress and the impacts it left on her body, she realized how unsupported women are in knowing what their body needs to feel good and how to achieve it to avoid burnout. Today's model is set up with a cyclical diet and exercise pattern, but it isn’t set to serve what a Woman's body truly needs to thrive. She works within her coaching to change the narrative on how women approach their health and fitness so they can truly feel good in their skin, ditch the diet and exercise mentality, and live a life that they feel really good in.
