Elizabeth (Beth) Cosmos
Elizabeth Cosmos has practiced integrative medicine for more than 25 years. She was responsible for the founding and development of a comprehensive, hospital-based integrated medicine program for alternative therapies at Saint Mary's Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI, and she is also the founder of the International Association of Ama-Deus, LLC. Her work has been featured in such international publications as National Geographic.
Beth is an ordained Minister in the Science of Mind Church for Spiritual Healing. Her formal education includes a PhD and ThD from Holos University Graduate Seminary and a B.S. from Michigan State University. Beth still resides in Grand Rapids, MI and travels extensively teaching the Ama-Deus Healing Method.
Beth studied with the Quero Shamans of Peru and interacted with the Guarani indigenous peoples of the Brazilian Atlantic Rain Forest. She spent two weeks studying in the South of France in Sound, Color and Movement and completed a twelve-week study of QiGong at Grand Valley State College. She is an international teacher for Ama-Deus energy healing to groups and lectures at such events as The International Institute of Integral Human Sciences in Montreal, Canada, Life Spectrum at Elizabeth Town, Pennsylvania, and Great Lakes Retreat, at Olivet College in Olivet, Michigan.
