I was a chronically injured athlete growing up and now am a fitness coach focused on helping clients improve their movement function and live without pain. I work with clients to master the foundations of basic movement patterns that make a difference in their daily lives. By challenging the body and mind’s ability to balance, stabilize, and coordinate complex movements, we establish a deep mind body connection that can be relied upon during daily life. Form follows function, and energy flows where focus goes.
