Life took an extremely unexpected and devastating turn, this is an understatement of monumental proportions.  My husband died and my life was changed.  It was catastrophic and nearly destroyed me. But somehow with the help of friends, family and the grace of God I survived. The experience started me on a path of learning, introspection and discovery that filled me with the desire to share and help others who find themselves at the inevitable cross roads life delivers to us all.

These experiences with grief and loss motivated me to become a life coach and a Reiki Master with an emphasis on self-care and self-healing.
