Before becoming an award-winning speaker, best-selling author, university administrator, TEDx speaker, therapist, life coach, Disney cast member, and founder of the Club 528 community, I too struggled with feeling like I couldn’t win. I felt like I had no direction, no hope and no way out. I used drugs and alcohol to escape my self-loathing and almost ended my life because the pain of my existence felt so unbearable.
I spent decades focused not only on sobriety but my recovery. I experimented and studied everything I could find to help me rebuild my self-esteem and identity. I unlocked a formula for how to cultivate confidence, and access self-esteem. Then I made a career out of helping thousands overcome addiction, disempowerment, and their attachment to unhealthy behaviors.
Feeling good about yourself, your life, and what you’re capable of is not only achievable- it’s methodical. And once you learn how to implement the right system, you not only feel the weight you’ve been carrying lighten, you see how you can cultivate confidence and joy daily.
