About Jamie ~

Jamie Shae: Empowering Women to Rise, Lead, and Thrive

Jamie Shae is a trailblazer in women’s empowerment, a transformationco ach, an interior designer and an inspiring voice for change. Her purpose is to cause love, worthiness, and inclusion for all and to create a world where everyone feels safe to express themselves. Originally from Sioux City, Iowa, she spent much of her life in Des Moines before relocating to the Portland, Oregon area in 2020, where she now resides. Jamie’s story is one of grit, resilience, and unwavering determination.

Coming from humble beginnings with no formal education, Jamie defied the odds to build a thriving career in the male-dominated tech industry. With over 20 years of experience in agile consulting and coaching, and 14 years as a life coach, she has mastered the art of relationship building, navigating challenges, and creating lasting success. After being laid off in 2024, Jamie decided to go back to her first love of interior design and now helps clients create spaces they love.  Her journey is a testament to the power of persistence, curiosity, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.

Jamie’s life took a transformative turn when she left an abusive marriage. She learned to stand on her own two feet and discovered how to balance strength with softness, courage with compassion. As a single mother, she dedicated much of her adult life to raising her children, healing from loss, and cultivating her own personal and professional growth. During this time, she increased her income almost tenfold, built lifelong friendships, and became a beacon of integrity, truth, and love.

Now, Jamie is on a mission to help women reclaim their power. Through her podcast and platform, she inspires women to come alive—speaking their truth, setting boundaries, and creating a life they love. Jamie guides her audience to decenter men, prioritize themselves, and nurture a deep connection to Source. Her work is about helping women find their voice, take their rightful place as leaders and changemakers, and live authentically with purpose and passion.

A petite powerhouse with a commanding presence, Jamie embodies the very principles she teaches. She is a light that illuminates the path for others, showing women that they, too, can rise, thrive, and transform their world.

Testimonials

  • I came to Jamie for help because I was having an issues with my co-workers. no matter the team, the project, the client. Didn’t matter I kept having the same argument it seemed. So I asked her how I can solve it. She helped me to uncover a blind spot I had; something from my childhood I didn’t see! I thought it was everyone else! It was me! At first I didn’t agree and it took me some time to process but once I did, it changed everything. I’m eternally grateful.

  • Jamie helped me through a time in my life where I was struggling with the purpose God had for me in fulfilling my role as a mother. I struggled with feeling like no matter what I did, it wasn’t enough. I was failing as a mom. Jamie helped me take a step back, reflect, and come to understand and believe that God gave me my specific children for a reason and everything I needed to take care of them. Jamie has a gift and anyone who gets to experience it is truly blessed
